Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Steven Erbeck, DDS is the fourth generation dentist on our team continuing the family legacy practicing with his father. Dr. Steven graduated from Ohio State University, completing his undergraduate degree in biology. Dr. Steven continued his education at New York University College of Dentistry, where he completed his dental training in 2020.
Dr. Steven has been deeply involved with advocating for the dental profession, serving as a National Board Member for the American Student Dental Association and the ASDA representative from NYU College of Dentistry. He has been to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. the past several years meeting with lawmakers on a range of issues from the opioid drug crisis to funding increases for patient education and prevention methods. Dr. Erbeck is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Steven lives in Madeira with his wife, daughter and their golden retriever. He enjoys traveling to new places and loves to explore different restaurants in Cincinnati with his family. He is an avid golfer and likes working out regularly.
Dr. Brad Erbeck, DDS is a third generation dentist. Upon your arrival to Erbeck Family Dental, one of the first things you will notice is the dental chair of Dr. Clyde Erbeck, Dr. Brad Erbeck’s grandfather. Dr. Brad Erbeck’s father, Dr. Gail Erbeck, served Ohio as a dentist as well, graduating from Ohio State University’s College of Dentistry.
Continuing the family tradition, Dr. Brad Erbeck also graduated from Ohio State University, completing undergraduate degrees in biology and psychology. Like his father, he then went on to complete his dental training at Ohio State University’s College of Dentistry in 1986.
Dr. Erbeck stays up-to-date with the latest discoveries, research, technologies, and techniques through continuing education and interaction with colleagues. This commitment to ongoing advancement is reflected in our practice’s technological offerings for better patient care, including low-radiation digital x-rays, quiet electric drills, and intraoral cameras.
Additionally, Dr. Erbeck has given back to our community by volunteering his time and service at the Good Samaritan Health and Dental Clinic in Price Hill. When not helping patients, Dr. Erbeck enjoys tennis, golf, snow skiing, and spending time with his dog, a Labrador retriever. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children.
Dr. Jake Fooks, DMD is originally from Bourbon County, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of Louisville in 2022, after spending eight years there and receiving both his undergraduate and dental degree, Go Cards! Outside the office, Dr. Jake loves to golf, cook, work out and travel. He is also a Bengals season ticket holder, and is always happy to talk about football. Being new to the area, he enjoys going to Cyclones and Reds games as well.

Dr. Jan Williams has been in the Cincinnati area for more than 20 years. She is well known in the area as a caring and compassionate full-service dentist. With a wide array of services offered (implants, whitening, straightening, BOTOX®) she can meet the needs of most of her patients in the office. Dr. Williams continues to update her skills and knowledge through courses and seminars geared toward incorporating the latest advances in dental technology. By staying abreast of the latest treatments and procedures, she can provide a lifetime of dental care for you and your family.
Dr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry program and the Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Ohio State University. In addition, she has completed courses sponsored by the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, L.D. Pankey Institute, and the American Heart Association among others.
Outside the office, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family. She resides in Loveland with her husband and two children. Some of her favorite activities include boating, gardening, art, playing music and walking the family dog, Penny.
